As of February 1, 2022, we will be implementing a $3.00 convenience fee on all payments using a credit or debit card. This will include auto drafts from your account and telephone payments.
The change will not affect your due date, amount owed for rent every month, or the total amount owed for January.

Notice of Rental Rate Change - March 1 2024
This letter is to serve as your notice for a rental rate change on your unit. Please be on the lookout for a letter sent in the mail & by email. The new rate will be in effect starting with your payment due on or after May 1st, 2024. If you choose to pay with a credit / debit card, the $3.00 Convenience Fee will remain the same.
